The Customers those have investment accounts at our Bank may submit their demands through our Internet Banking Platform or branches; the customers those are investing over the other intermediary institutions also may submit their demands through our branches or Oyak Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş branches. Customers who do not have investment accounts, may open an investing account at internet branch and our branches and submit their demands to our lease certificate issuances.

Arrangement in the Branch Working Hours
Dear Customer, Within the scope of coronavirus measures, our branch service hours have been arranged as 09:30-17:00 starting from 17.11.2020 until the second notice. Lunch Break: 12:30 to 13:30.

In Wednesday October 28th, 2020 due to the Republic Day, you can transfer money to other banks until 12:45. You can transfer money to another bank on weekends and on official holidays via the 24/7 TL Transfer.
