What is “SifreMobile”? How can I use it?

SifreMobile application is a security application that you will use for Internet Branch or Albaraka Mobile login. You can use the SifreMobile function after your first login to Albaraka Mobile.

While generating your one-time password on the SifreMobile screen, you will be asked to enter the PIN you have previously set. When you enter your PIN, your one-time use password will be generated.

In case you forgot the PIN you previously set while generating your one-time password on the SifreMobile screen or there is a problem with your activation, you can follow the steps by clicking Forgot PIN or Reactivate button on the screen.

What should I do if I forget or block my password?

If you are personal customer, you can get a new password / unblock the existing one from the "Forgot My Password" field on the Internet Branch / Albaraka Mobile or you can request a new password / unblock the password by calling Alo Albaraka at 0850 222 5 666 or visiting our branches. If you are corporate customer, you can request a new password from our branches or unblock your password.

What is Remember Me? What is it for?

When the Remember Me feature is activated while logging into the mobile branch, , you can use the Customer / National ID Number for your next logins if you are an personal customer; and, you do not need to enter Customer / National ID Number and User Code if you are a corporate customer.

What can I do for my password security?

Set your password to contain alphanumeric characters in a way that no one can guess. For security purposes, you must change your password mandatory every six months.

What should I do to use Albaraka Mobile as personal customer?

You can apply for Internet / Mobile Banking by visiting any of our branches. If your documents are complete in our system (such as ID Card, Customer Transactions Agreement, Signature Declaration), you can get internet / mobile banking password from the "New User" screen on the Internet Branch / Albaraka Mobile without visiting our branches.
