Password Setting

PasswordMobile

PasswordMobil Application is used in integration with the Mobile Branch. After downloading the Albaraka Mobile Branch application from the Apple Store and Google Play, you can perform your activation by entering the ŞifreMobil application and use the ŞifreMobil application for the Internet and Mobile Branch. Albaraka Mobile Branch can be used on devices with IOS 12 and above, Android 7 and above.

Mobile Notification

Login with Mobile Notification is a secure method that allows login to Albaraka Mobile application by confirming the notification instead of using the SMS password. Customers using the mobile application will enter the internet branch with a mobile notification. To easily enter the Internet Branch with mobile notification;

  • After entering your password, a notification is sent to your device paired with Albaraka Mobile application.
  • You can securely log in to the Internet Branch by tapping the notification on your device and clicking the confirmation button.
  • If you do not receive notifications on your device, check your internet settings. Make sure your device's notification settings are turned on.

Cell Phone Security

In order to prevent your mobile phone from being used by people other than you, be sure to protect it with applications such as a security password and key lock. Do not use Albaraka Mobile application on such mobile phones, as processes such as "root" and "jailbreak" affect the security level of applications.

Safe Exit

As in our internet branch, you can close the application from the Exit option after completing your transactions from external applications in Albaraka API.

Malware

Malware can be developed for mobile phones as well as computers. For this reason, in order not to steal your information on your mobile phone, download mobile applications from secure application stores and use anti-virus software.

Social Engineering

Do not share your personal and account information with anyone who introduces himself or herself as a friend, bank employee or security officer on social networks or on the phone.

Secure Connection
