How does the application process work?
Your applications are saved to our database. When we are in need of employee at our Headquarters or branches, suitable applicants are called and invited for an interview. The applicants who pass the interview are tested. And the applicants who pass the test receive a job offer, while other applicants are informed via e-mail.
When do you inform the candidates about the interview results?
Interview results are announced in about a month.
What are the recruitment requisites of Albaraka Turk?
Being a university graduate from relevant departments, having completed military service for male candidates, being under 28 years old, to be willing to work in the interest-free banking sector.
How can I apply for the recruitment tests?
Depending on the employee needs of our departments and branches, the tests across Turkey are arranged for the positions of inspector's/auditor's assistant, expert assistant and authorized person assistant. The tests for open positions are announced via our website and Kariyer.net. All applications are evaluated by our Human Values department and suitable applicants are invited for a test.
