A digital debit card is a debit card that does not exist physically. You can apply for it through the Internet Branch or Albaraka Mobile without the need to come to our branches and start using it from the moment you apply.

All our individual customers can quickly create and use digital debit cards.

You can create your card by clicking the "Digital Cards" menu under the "Account and Card" menu on Albaraka Mobile. You can quickly create a digital bank card by clicking on the Digital Debit Card title under the "Card" menu via Internet Banking. You can access your generated card information from our Internet Branch.

You can choose which account you want to load money from. 

The amount you transfer from the account you have chosen is deducted from your account and transferred to the account linked to the digital debit  card, and your card is ready for use. In order to use the created card, the limit preference and limit amount must be determined.

You can choose one of the following 3 types of limits: 

• I don't want automatic limit transfer. I will make changes of my limit myself: If you do not make any purchases, your limit will remain on your card until you make a change. 
• The remaining limit on my card will be refunded to my account at the end of the day: The limit you set will be automatically reset at the end of the day, whether you shop or not, and your remaining limit is returned to your account. If you want to shop with your card the next day, you have to transfer the limit again. 
• Let my card limit be renewed once on the day I set: This action includes an instruction. The limit you set is automatically transferred to your card on the day of each month without the need for you to take any action. In order for the transaction to take place, the balance of the account to which your card is linked must be sufficient.

You can cancel your card from the Transaction Cancellation heading under the Application/Cancellation menu on Internet Banking or from Alo Albaraka.
