Clarification On Personal Data - ATM Cardless Transaction - Third Party

This notification is made in accordance with Article 10 of the "Personal Data Protection Law" (in short, KVKK) No. 6698 and due to legal obligation. 
In the KVKK, any information regarding an identified or identifiable natural person is defined as personal data, and our Bank carries out its personal data processing activities by taking the necessary security measures in order to protect fundamental rights and freedoms, especially the privacy of private life. Our aim; in line with your satisfaction; is to inform you about the way your personal data is collected, the purposes of processing, legal reasons, transferring it to third parties when it permitted by the legislation, and your rights.

For what purpose personal data will be processed:

It will be taken from you within the scope of bill, tax and credit card payments you will make from the cardless transaction menu at our bank's ATMs;

Your TR identity number / foreign identity number / passport number and date of birth for the purpose of determining your identity and tracking the limits of legal action, 

Your mobile phone information, for the purpose of contacting you in possible refunds of your payment transactions 

Your subscriber number and payment information will be used to process your payment. 

To whom and for what purpose personal data may be transferred:

Your personal data mentioned above is not shared with third parties.

Method and legal reason for collecting personal data:

Based on the legal reason that fulfilling legal obligation of the Data controller specified in paragraph 2 (ç) of Article 5 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data for the purpose of identification and monitoring of legal transaction limits, your TR identity number / foreign identity number / passport number, date of birth and mobile phone information;

Based on the legal reason that if it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract specified in paragraph 2 (ç) of Article 5 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, the processing of personal data belonging to the parties of the contract; for the purpose of making the payment, your subscriber number and payment information is collected automatically.

Other rights of the related person as listed in Article 11 of the KVKK:

To  Pursuant to the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller", you can send your  requests within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK, which regulates the "Rights of the related person " and provided that to keep all exceptions confidential especially  the cases stipulated in Article 28 of the KVKK, to our Bank's KEP address "albarakaturk@hs03.kep.tr" or in writing and signed through our branches or through a notary public to Inkılap Mahallesi Dr. Adnan Buyukdeniz Cad. No: 6 Ümraniye/İSTANBUL or to the e-mail address "kvkk@albarakaturk.com.tr" using secure electronic signature or mobile signature or your e-mail address registered in our Bank.
