Are costs/commissions paid for transactions?

If the system is used, a fee of 70 TL is collected from the buyers and sellers regardless of the sales price. This amount is not refundable even if the transaction is not completed at the land registry office.

How long should the transfer process take?

The buyer and the seller can cancel the transaction as long as the transactions are not realized in the Land Registry even if the money has been sent. If no action is taken on the title deed within 30 days following the application for the sale, the transaction is automatically canceled.

When is the real estate value transferred to the seller's account?

After the transaction is completed at the Land Registry Offices, the real estate sales price in the Albaraka's safe account is automatically transferred to the seller's account.

How can the process be monitored?

All information regarding the transaction can be monitored through Albaraka Internet Branch and our Corporate Web Site. In addition, at each step of the process, the parties are informed via SMS.

Is it possible to cancel the transaction?

The buyer and the seller can cancel the transaction through Albaraka Internet Branch until they complete the transaction on the title deed. In addition, if the transactions are not concluded within 30 days following the application of the buyer and the seller, the transaction will be canceled automatically.

When is the real estate value returned to the buyer's account in cases where the transfer is not made?
