Mobile Branch Draw Campaign Participation Conditions And Application Form

Mobile Branch Draw Campaign (short for "campaign") is organized by Albaraka Turkish Participation Bank Inc. (short for"Bank") with the authorization by the General Directorate of National Lottery Administration dated 25.11.2021 numbered 24951361-255.01.02-E.12318 between 1.12.2021 at 00.01 and 31.12.2021 at 23.59. Those Albaraka Türk Participation Bank Inc. customers who meet the following campaign participation requirements and approve this application form (short for “participant”) will be granted for the drawing right as specified in the “Campaign Participation Conditions”.

Campaign Participation Requirements

  • After logging in Albaraka Mobile application of ALBARAKA TÜRK KATILIM BANKASI AS with a user name and password throughout Turkey in between the campaign dates, 
  • 1 drawing right shall be given for each transaction to those who make a money transfer (wire transfer/EFT/fast) at Mobile branch, to those who make a payment (any transaction in the payments menu) at the Mobile branch, to those who give automatic payment orders at Mobile branch and 3 drawing rights shall be given to retail customers who become a customer from        www.albaraka.com.tr (free of charge) website or by downloading Albaraka Mobile application by a video call and log in to Mobile branch (drawing right shall be given after logging in to Mobile branch at least once.). (Participation is limited with 10 drawing rights in total.)
  • Campaign is for individual participants.
  • Participation to the Campaign is limited with 10 drawing rights in total.
  • If the participant wins a prize and the address information is missing or unknown, an advertisement in the newspaper will be sufficient for notification.
  • A person cannot win more than one prize.
  • ALBARAKA TÜRK KATILIM BANKASI A.Ş. and all its subsidiaries, customers subject to administrative or legal proceedings at Albaraka Türk Katılım Bankası A.Ş. as a result of a technical inspection as of the end of the campaign, legal entities, employees of Hedef Çekiliş ve Organizasyon Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. and persons under the age of 18 cannot participate in the lottery and draws, prizes cannot be given even if they have participated and won.     
  • Taxes and other legal obligations, excluding taxes such as VAT+SCT included in the price of the goods and/or services subject to the prize are paid by the winners.

Within the scope of the Mobile Branch Draw Campaign, your personal data will be processed for the purpose of ensuring campaign participation to be carried out by our Bank, evaluating, finalizing and announcing the drawe (short for "Purpose").

Personal data such as participant's first name, surname, address, contact information (such as phone number, e-mail address) and T.R. Identity Number can be transferred to Hedef Çekiliş ve Organizasyon Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. the partner who provided the service, our suppliers, other service providers/business partners, the General Directorate of the National Lottery Administration and the public institutions and/or persons authorized by law within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 in accordance with the Purpose.
