SifreMobile is a security application that you will use with Albaraka Mobile. You can use SifreMobile function after your first login to Albaraka Mobile platform.
While generating your one-time password on SifreMobile screen, you will be asked to enter the PIN you have previously set. If you enter the PIN, your one-time password will be generated.
While generating your one-time password on your SifreMobile screen, you can follow the steps by clicking the Forgot Password or Renew Activation buttons on the screen if you forget the PIN you previously set or if there is a problem with your activation.

Face Recognition is a method that enables you to login by scanning your face. There is a face recognition icon next to the password field on login page. This function can be used for next logins to the mobile branch. You can activate Login via Face Recognition function by following the Settings> Application and Login Settings> Biometric Verification Settings menu steps and you can login to mobile branch easily via Face Recognition. Remember Me function needs to be activated in order to log in mobile branch by using Face Recognition feature. For Apple phones, the Remember Me function must be activated in order to log in mobile branch via Face ID as well. In addition, your phone's Face ID feature must be activated in the phone settings. After clicking on the Activate button, the instructions for face recognition must be performed.
Personal customers can request / unblock password from the "Forgot Password" field on our internet / mobile branch or by calling our call center () and visiting our branches. Corporate customers can request / unblock password by visiting our branches.
You do not need to enter your Customer / National ID Number for your next logins if you are personal customer; and Customer / National ID Number and User Code if you are corporate customer when you activate Remember Me feature.
