Special Free ISPARK Campaign for Albaraka Customers

Albaraka Türk continues to make your life easier. We offer Albaraka Türk customers who meet the campaign conditions the opportunity to park for free twice a month at İSPARK!

If you are not an Albaraka customer, click on the “Müşteri Olmak İstiyorum” button on Albaraka Mobile and become our customer immediately via video call to benefit from our campaigns and many other privileges.

Steps to Participate in the Campaign:

• Customers who meet the campaign conditions can log in to our Albaraka Mobile app and obtain a free usage code by clicking the “Kod Al” button in the Campaigns section under the Free ISPARK

•  Each code corresponds to one parking session.
• Within the scope of the campaign, our customers can use the ISPARK service free of charge up to twice per month.

Campaign Start and End Dates:

• The campaign is valid from 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2026

Who Can Benefit from the Campaign:

• Customers with a balance of 10.000 TL or more in their current account can benefit from the campaign.
• The campaign is valid for our individual customers.

İSPARK Code Usage Details:

•  With the campaign code, you can park your vehicle for free for up to 2 hours per day at ISPARK roadside parking lots and up to 4 hours per day at barrier-controlled parking lots.
• To benefit from the campaign, customers must declare to the İSPARK attendant that they wish to benefit from the Albaraka Türk campaign at the entrance of on-street parking lots served by handheld terminals and at the exit of multi-story and closed (barriered) parking lots. The attendant will obtain the special code sent to the customer by Albaraka Türk, enter the code and vehicle license plate number into the system, and perform the verification process. Once the campaign is approved, the customer's parking transaction is completed within the scope of the campaign. (The campaign cannot be used for parking transactions made outside working hours in roadside parking lots.)
•  If the parking time exceeds the duration specified in the campaign, the difference in fee will be collected from the customer by İSPARK.
• If Albaraka Türk customers park for a shorter period than the specified free usage time, they will be considered to have used the free usage time defined according to the parking lot type.
• Only vehicles subject to the passenger car tariff can benefit from the ‘Free Parking’ campaigns. Vehicles such as taxis (commercial), minibuses, midibuses, pickup trucks, trucks, tow trucks, trailers, and buses are not eligible for the campaign as they are subject to different fee tariffs.
• Campaign: İSPARK Gürpınar Fish Market Parking Lot, İSPARK Belgrade Forest (Fatih Çeşmesi Nature Park Entrance) Parking Lot, İSPARK Kozyatağı and Bayrampaşa Vegetable-Fruit Market Parking Lot, Alibeyköy Bus Terminal Parking Lot, Büyük İstanbul Bus Terminal, Emirgan Grove Open Parking Lot, 15 Temmuz Şehitler Meydanı Underground Parking Lot. The campaign cannot be used on match days at Kadıköy Old Tuesday Market, Söğütlüçeşme Open, and Seyrantepe Multi-Story Parking Lots due to potential issues that may cause the system to slow down. Additionally, the campaign cannot be used temporarily at parking lots that switch to an organizational and event tariff on a daily basis. The parties shall not be liable to the customer (campaign user) for any problems that may arise outside the locations where the campaign is valid.
•   Albaraka Türk is not responsible for any operational issues that may arise in the company providing the service under the campaign. However, fees collected due to connection problems or technical errors that may occur in the İSPARK automation system will not be refunded. In such cases, the free parking time to which the customer is entitled under the campaign will be saved for use during the next parking session.
•  The free usage rights earned under the campaign cannot be sold or transferred to third parties.
•  ALBARAKA TÜRK KATILIM BANKASI A.Ş. and İSPARK A.Ş. reserve the right to make changes to the campaign period and conditions.
