Charges

• Allocation Fee in the workplace financing, 1,5% of the financing amount in 1-36 month term transactions; It is 2.5% for 37-60 month maturity transactions. (Excluding BSMV)
• Expertise fee is calculated as 1500 TL on average. Depending on the location where the property is located, the appraisal fee varies.
