It has been decided to stop the AlbaFX application due to a general regulation change regarding the entire banking sector. Accordingly, the use of AlbaFX mobile and AlbaFX desktop applications has been closed. Foreign exchange and precious metal purchase/sale transactions continue through Albaraka Mobile, Internet Branch, Call Center and Branches.
Alba FX can perform currency trading across several major global cross-currencies as well as Turkish cross currencies. AlBa FX enables our customers to buy and sell foreign exchange at their workplace or home quickly and safely with our most competitive rates. (*)

What is AlBa FX? What is not?
Alba FX is an online exchange trading platform on which customers making transactions in high volumes can trade FX on their own computers. AlBa FX enables our customers to buy and sell foreign exchange at their workplace or home quickly and safely with our most competitive rates. AlBa FX is not a forex market instrument that has recently become common, allowing leveraged trading (e.g. up to 100 times the amount of its currency) for its customers.
Is it free?
Alba FX is offered to our customers completely free of charge.
Which documents are required?
From our customers with current accounts, the documents below required for Alba FX 1-) Foreign Exchange Platform Contract 2-) Risk Notification and Information Form and 3-) Account Identification Form will be requested.
What are the transaction hours and transaction types?
Through AlBa FX, convertible currencies can be traded on business days and during business hours (08.00 - 16.50)
Can I use the platform on my different computers?
You can install the platform as many computers as you want. However, you can connect to the system from only one device at the same time.
Is there a Transaction Limit?
Yes. The minimum transaction amount for all customers is 10,000 USD.
Is it possible to cancel the transaction?
Since the transactions made over the platform are instantaneous, there is no possibility of canceling transactions.
