Start to receive digital statement, Have a sapling in Hatay.
You can start to receive digital statement by using the following channels:
- Alo Albaraka at 0850 222 5 666.
- All branches.
- You can give Digital statement order by typing “Ekstre" and sending SMS to 4460.
- The campaign is valid between 26.10.2020– 31.12.2020.
- Our customers who receive printed statements will have a sapling in Hatay when they prefer receiving digital statement.
- Customers who prefer digital statements can access debt information and other details via Albaraka Mobile, Internet Branch, Alo Albaraka or Albaraka Türk ATMs
- The requests of our customers who want to switch to digital statements via our digital channels and Call Center will be fulfilled at the end of the campaign.
- If any Albaraka Türk credit card / POS statement is requested digitally, this request will be valid for all Albaraka Türk individual credit cards (Supplementary cards are within the scope of the campaign). If all printed statements do not turn into digital statements, the amended statement is not included in the campaign.
- Our customers who started to buy all their statements digitally before the campaign will not be able to benefit from the campaign.
- Albaraka Türk reserves the right to change the terms of the campaign.
