If you have one of any Albaraka Turk cards, you can meet your cash needs in TL or USD currencies via our ATMs. You can make transactions with other bank cards having VISA, MasterCard, TROY ve Union Pay logo on them and meet your cash need in TL currency.

Card Transactions

You can withdraw cash TL from your current TL, EURO* and USD* (up to the amount equivalent to daily TL withdrawal limit) account defined to your card 7 days and 24 hours.” (*: Euro and USD use differs according to Regions and Branches and is not available for all of our branches.)

• You can witdraw money (the equivalent of the daily TL cash withdrawal limit in the relevant currency) 24/7 from your current account linked to your card in TL, EUR and USD* currencies. (Euro and USD usage differs depending on branch and region and is not open to all branches)
• You can deposit money through your current account into your participation account linked to your card on maturity date.
• You can deposit money into your current account 24/7 via our ATMs.
• You can withdraw money after you transfer money from your participation accounts linked to your card to your current account. (Up to the minimum amount that will not close the participation account.)
• You can view the balance of your current and participation accounts, IBAN information and account transactions; get statement receipt as well if you wish.
• You can make foreign exchange buying and selling transactions 24/7 through your account and in cash.
• You can change your debit and credit card password.
• You can make bill, SGK and MVT payments with your card through your account or in cash. (You can make your "Institution Payments" transactions through your accounts linked to your card or in cash via "Credit Card Transactions" menu through ATM).
• You can make TL toll-up to your mobile phone.
• You can make credit card debt payment and get the statement for your account transactions.
• You can make gold buying/selling transaction through your gold account linked to your card. (Openning/Closing gold account cannot be performed via ATMs. Your transactions can be performed through your existing gold accounts linked to your card.)
• You can perform fund buying / selling and transfer transactions * through your investment accounts via the "Investment Transactions" menu. (Transfer transactions: Transfer of money from current account to investment account or investment account to related current account.)
• You can perform EFT transactions through the last 20 EFT or Registered EFT. (No new EFT entries can be made.)
• You can easily transfer money between your accounts or to other customer accounts.

Cardless Transactions

• Our current and potential customers can make bill, SGK and MVT payments in cash on “Cardless Transactions” menu via our ATMs by entering their national ID number and mobile phone numbers. (Our current customers can make their payment through their accounts as well).
• Our current and potential customers can make TL toll-up to their mobile phone via “Cardless Transactions” menu.
• Our current and potential customers can transfer money to special account or other customers’ accounts on “Cardless Transactions” menu via our ATMs by entering their national ID number and mobile phone numbers.
• Credit card payment can be made on “Cardless Transactions” menu via our ATMs by entering card number after entering their national ID number and mobile phone numbers.
